Postal Repairs

For item postage; safely package your item in a shipping parcel appropriate for the size of the repair. If you have a case, we encourage you to package it within the case to keep it safe, if not, then plenty of bubble wrap/old newspaper will do (if you hear it move when you shake it, add more packaging).

Once Postage has been payed* You'll receive another email containing a shipping label. Simply print it our and place it on the parcel with some clear tape, and drop it off at your nearest "DPD Drop-Off Point".

You'll get message updates through your chosen messenger of the process, as well as updates on any missing or replacement parts. Before the parcel being sent directly back to your address.

*We as that postage is payed upfront to avoid any delays. The remaining balance is not due until the repair has been completed and approved by yourself. Then once the remaining balance is payed, the item is shipped back

BreakBeat Music Repair is not responsible for any damage taken to the item in transit to or from the workshop. At an additional £18 per item, DPD (who we mostly use for our shipping service) offer up to £500 insurance, which, if preferred, would be added to the total shipping cost.

As "we" are a one-man operation, we are unfortunately unable to fulfil any international postal repairs or services.
